Meet the founders
Alan and Cecelia Harker are the visionaries and driving force behind the St. Joseph Institute of Industry & Agriculture. Alan Harker has a background in agriculture, architecture, and engineering. Cecelia has spent over ten years as an administrator supporting small business owners, executives, and non-profits. Both use their unique insights and experience in design and planning, and they have sought advice and guidance from leaders in a variety of industries and organizations
